Claudio Radossi
President
In July of 2022, Claudio Radossi was named President of MG America by the Board of Directors at MG2 in Bologna, Italy. From 1995-2015, Mr. Radossi had served as MG America’s Director of Sales, before departing to take on a seven-year engagement as President and owner of EMSE Corporation, a leader in medical air and vacuum systems for healthcare facilities. Mr. Radossi graduated from Farleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. In his current position as President of MG America, Claudio provides strategic and operational direction as well as sales leadership for both the processing and packaging divisions.
Jim McKee

Jim McKee is a longtime manufacturing machinery professional who brings more than two decades of equipment sales expertise to MG America – including a nine-year stint with the company earlier in his career. Previously he has served as a regional sales manager for Glatt Group, and had a successful ten-year tenure as a sales manager with IMA North America. Jim has a deep familiarity with MG America’s equipment offerings, key differentiators, and customer base. He has an impressive track record of sales growth and customer relationship building, plus extensive knowledge of the industry’s evolving needs, standards and technologies. In his new role, Jim will spearhead North American sales efforts for the company’s portfolio of capsule filling, material handling and checkweighing equipment.
James Enman

James Enman brings multiple decades of packaging professionalism to MG America with an extensive history and experience in packaging machinery, manufacturing, and automation. James started his career in the packaging world working in packaging machinery maintenance supervision before progressing into production and project management roles and then transitioning into packaging machinery and automation sales. He has a detailed background in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, consumer products, nutraceuticals and foods packaging industries. James’ background gives him the ability to bring a fresh perspective to the customer’s specific needs, understand their pain points and offering cost effective, practical solutions. James has an impressive track record of sales with his former companies, Bergami and Coesia, proving his ability to form strong customer relationships and long-lasting professional partnerships.
